Our story

Built on clear inspections and practical repairs

Built around practical repairs, clear communication, and realistic scheduling, our workshop grew from a simple idea: make bicycle maintenance easier to understand and easier to arrange.

CycleCraft Parma was founded by Luca Rossi and has served local riders since 2017. The workshop was set up to offer reliable mechanical care without unnecessary complexity, whether the job is a routine tune-up or a more detailed overhaul.

Our process starts with a service inquiry and bicycle intake, followed by a mechanical inspection and a clear scope review. Urgent work and optional maintenance are separated so you can decide what should be handled now and what can wait.

For larger mechanical overhauls, pricing is based on the condition of the bicycle and the scope of work after inspection. Parts availability can affect scheduling, so we confirm compatibility and supplier status before committing to completion details.
